Travis Walton’s terrifying account is the stuff movies are made from.. LITERALLY!He joins us at the ‘Pine Bush UFO Fair and Conference’ to talk about that day 40 years ago, when the then 22-year-old logger says he was knocked unconscious, and woke up to find he was surrounded by ETs aboard their ship. One of the most prolific abduction cases in the history of ufology, his disappearance caused a whirlwind of news reports, controversy, and skepticism. For his entire adult life, Walton has been carrying this emotional burden and the telling of his story has been, for the most part, a solo journey. Recently, eye witnesses, came forward to speak withWalton about the incident. Hearing their stories has educated Walton about what they experienced during his abduction, and since then he has also connected with others who have shared similar stories.Making these connections and his own process of maturity has allowed Walton to reexamine his beliefs surrounding the incident. Whether it is the result of Walton being joined by his fellow workmen and sharing their stories, or just through the maturity process, it is evident that Walton has become much more comfortable in his own skin. One can only speculate how someoneis personally a#ected after an experience like this. The truth as to why this happened to Walton will probably never be known for sure. But he continues to press on and uses his new conviction surrounding the incident to broaden his philosophy on life and society.

Background: Marc’s degree is in Astronomy, and he has spent decades capturing hundreds of
thousands of images of many kinds of sky phenomena using a diverse range of photographic gear ranging from small cameras and backyard telescopes to large multi-million dollar professional telescopes in large research observatories. Once Computer Generated Imagery programs and image analysis programs became more readily available he began to work with such software to create his own imagery and to augment and analyze existing imagery. His unique blend of stage performance experience, Astronomical, UFO, and Computer Generated Model Making backgrounds come together in his photo analysis work, where he has been utilizing advanced software toolsets for many years to coax data out of imagery. When he isn’t creating Digital or Physical Models for clients or productions, he can usually be found utilizing observatories worldwide to obtain nightly photographic and spectral data for analysis from remote mountaintop telescopes.

Dr. Bill Wiand
Dr. Bill has been an ‘experiencer’ all his life and he lives with the UFO phenomenon every day. He grew up on the banks of the Hudson River in Peekskill and saw strange lights in the sky, on land and in the water. While living in Rockland County he witnessed many more sightings.
When Bill moved to Walker Valley in 1985. He hadn’t heard about the long history of the area – but soon after became painfully aware when the local UFOs (United Friends Observer Society), support group was formed in 1993 by the late Max Lay and her daughter Dawn. Bill joined the group in 1994 and soon became part of the branch off group that supported those who felt they had experienced abductions and/or physical contact with aliens. The support group regularly draws people from the five counties here in NY as well as from neighboring states.
Bill’s training and education led him to end up, not only the facilitator of the main group in 2000, but as a counselor & therapist to further assist those looking for assistance. As a gifted intuitive, he is able to provide insight and answers for those who have questions.
The support group is now in its 24th year of helping those with UFO related issues.
Bill is often referred to as the ‘resident alien’ with stories sought after by a variety of sources. His favorite documentary contribution comes from Elana Schulman, graduate of the Vassar College Film Program.
