COSMIC DRUM CIRCLE & SKYWATCH

Embark on a rhythmic journey through the cosmos at our Cosmic Drum Circle!

Hosted by the Pine Bush Area Arts Council join fellow explorers and music enthusiasts for an intergalactic evening of pulsating beats, celestial vibes, and harmonious camaraderie.

Unleash your inner rhythm with a wide array of percussion instruments, and find inspiration from the stars as we gaze upon the sky in hope that some off-world visitors may be inspired to join us.

Whether you’re a seasoned percussionist or a beginner, our drum circle is open to all ages and skill levels. From traditional drums to exotic hand percussion, you’ll have the tools to create mesmerizing rhythms that echo across the galaxies.

Thursday, May 30th join us near the Alice Court Pavilion from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. There is no cost for this event.

The Friends of the Observers Group will be on site should you wish to share your any of your personal sightings.

SPACE PROM

Step into a cosmic wonderland at our 1980s Space Prom!

The 1980’s was an incredible time for UFO sightings in Pine Bush. Now get ready to boogie under the stars with extraterrestrial elegance and retro flair. Neon lights, glittering galaxies, and funky beats await you at this out-of-this-world event.

Dress to impress in your best intergalactic formal Alien attire, from shimmering metallics, and futuristic frocks. Let your imagination run wild with space-age hairstyles and sparkling accessories that are sure to turn heads and transport you to a galaxy far, far away.

This event is for ages 16 and over with a $20 cover charge from 7:00 to 11:00pm on Friday, 5/31/24. Refreshments are provided.

ALIEN TOSS HOEDOWN

Saddle up for a showdown at the hoedown!

Round up your posse and enter our intergalactic Cornhole Tournament taking place on Sunday, 6/2/24, from 1-5pm on the Alice Court field. Wrangle your beanbags and aim for the stars as your posse competes for cash and gift card prizes to be the best alien-slinger in the galaxy!

Players ages 18+ can register to compete. You’ll need an alien-themed team name in keeping with our event and festivities. The cost is $50 per two-person team. Each player will receive a t-shirt.

As you compete for prizes, enjoy the cosmic country sounds of the Sons of Hudson and indulge in an interstellar odyssey of cosmic cuisine presented by Bullville BBQ, Mama Cali’s Kitchen, Hot Dogs ‘n’ More and Groovy Scoops Ice Cream.
